Iran’s military power grown significantly, IRGC official claims
An official of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said that the country’s military capabilities have grown significantly since the outbreak of the war, warning that any future confrontation would differ substantially from previous engagements.
Hossein Mohebbi, IRGC spokesman and deputy for public relations, said the Islamic Republic has strengthened its military power and preparedness during the conflict, Iran International reports.
Speaking on the state of Iran’s defence capabilities, Mohebbi stated that the country’s military capacity is now considerably greater than it was before the war began.
“If the enemy returns to the military arena, the type of operation, the geography of the battle and the weapons used will be different,” he said.
