Iran claims “complete success” in 22nd wave of missile strikes

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced the “complete success” of its 22nd wave of missile strikes as part of operation True Promise 4, Fars News Agency reports.

The operation, conducted under the code name “Ya Hassan bin Ali (peace be upon him),” involved the launch of “Khaybar,” “Khorramshahr-4,” and “Fath” missiles. According to the IRGC, the strikes targeted US and Israeli positions across the Gulf region and as far as Tel Aviv, in retaliation for the deaths of Iranian children at a school in Minab.

The wave included the deployment of the super-heavy “Khorramshahr-4” missile, which carries a warhead weighing approximately two tons and can reach speeds of up to Mach 14. The IRGC claimed the strikes hit US and Israeli bases in the Gulf, military installations in Haifa, Ben Gurion Airport, and areas around Tel Aviv.

The corps asserted that the successful missile launches from its network of bases on the seventh day of the conflict disprove reports suggesting a weakening of Iran’s defensive capabilities. The IRGC added that the country’s armed forces remain fully prepared for further regional-scale operations.
