Iran's top lawmaker calls US “Great Satan” after deadly strikes
Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf has accused the United States and Israel of responsibility for the deaths of children and families in a series of attacks, including strikes on a school in Minab, a sports hall in Lamerd and a wedding ceremony in Kouhestak.
Ghalibaf made the remarks in a post on social media platform X, using strong rhetoric to condemn the alleged attacks, Caliber.Az reports.
“Minab school: children massacred.
Lamerd sports hall: kids slaughtered.
Kouhestak wedding: children killed with families.
If a power acts like Satan, picks targets like Satan, and kills like Satan, it’s Satan.
Shields a junior Satan that does the same? It’s THE Great Satan,” the top lawmaker noted.
