Iran's top lawmaker warns US, Israel in escalating war of words They could end up in “dustbin of history”

The Speaker of the Parliament of Iran Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, issued a sharp warning to the United States and Israel, accusing Washington of risking broader conflict to defend Israel.

“America is ready to risk everything to protect the criminal Israeli regime! Any reasonable person would not set foot on this deadly land,” Ghalibaf wrote on the social media platform X, Caliber.Az reports.

In the same message, the Iranian official also directed threats toward what he described as “separatists,” warning of severe consequences if they take action against the Islamic Republic.

“Worthless separatists — if they raise their heads and make even the slightest wrong move — will once again be sent to the dustbin of history,” he said.

The comment appeared to refer to Kurdish groups that, according to some reports, may be preparing for a ground operation against Iran.
