Iran says it has shot down 146 US and Israeli drones

Iran’s air defence systems have shot down a total of 146 US and Israeli drones since the start of the conflict, according to a statement from the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

The announcement, published on the IRGC’s official Telegram channel, said the latest incident occurred early Tuesday, March 31, when an MQ-9 drone was intercepted and destroyed near the central city of Isfahan.

“Early this morning, one enemy MQ-9 drone belonging to the American-Zionist aggressor was intercepted and successfully struck by the army’s air defence system in the Isfahan area and destroyed. With this, the total number of drones shot down and destroyed by the country’s air defence systems has reached 146,” the statement said.
