Iran says it launched missile, drone strikes on US, Israeli targets

Iran’s military said it carried out offensive operations from morning until noon on March 3, using drones and missiles against U.S. and Israeli targets in the region.

In a statement, the Iranian army said its naval forces launched surface-to-surface missile strikes on ships and bases. It claimed that combat drones struck U.S. and Israeli land, air and naval forces, as well as Israeli military facilities and the U.S. military base at Al Udeid in Qatar, Nour News reports.

Iran described the operations as part of ongoing action against what it called the “aggressor,” adding that both offensive and defensive operations are continuing with intensity.
