Of those, 222 have received medical treatment and been discharged from hospital.
He added that three of the injured were under the age of 18 and said at least two people had been killed.
The casualty figures have not been independently verified.
The latest strikes came after US forces said they had targeted dozens of sites across Iran and reimposed a naval blockade on the country's ports, as the escalation between Washington and Tehran entered its fifth day.
