Iran to restart damaged Lavan oil refinery within 10 days

Iran is set to restore operations at its oil refinery on Lavan Island in the near future, with a partial restart expected within 10 days, SNN reports.

Iranian Deputy Oil Minister Mohammad Sadeq ‌Azimifar said that teams are currently working on clearing debris and replacing damaged equipment at the site.

“We will restart part of the refinery in about 10 days, and the remaining sections will be brought back online gradually,” the official said.
