Iranian army fully prepared to confront enemy, says general
Brigadier General Mohammad Akraminia, spokesperson for the Iranian army, has affirmed that the country’s army and other armed forces are fully prepared for any potential confrontation with the enemy in the event of aggression.
Speaking on the sidelines of the International Holy Quran Competitions in Tehran on February 17, he highlighted the latest status of the Army Force’s high potentials and capabilities for a potential confrontation with the enemy, Caliber.Az reports per Iranian media.
“As it has been repeatedly stated by the senior commanders of the armed forces, the Army Force is at the apex of its readiness to confront any potential threat,” he emphasised.
He added that the powerful armed forces of the country, especially the Army Force, are fully prepared to defend the nation with their utmost power, noting that the combat power and operational readiness of the Army Force are increasing day by day.
“The Iranian army is not a warmonger and never seeks to initiate a military conflict, but it will safeguard the national interests of the country and protect the Iranian people from external threats if needed,” Akraminia concluded.
