“True Promise 4”: Iran executes sequential strikes on US, Israeli targets
Iran’s Armed Forces Central Headquarters, Khatam al-Anbiya, announced that the seventh and eighth waves of Operation "True Promise 4" against US and Israeli targets were successfully carried out with coordinated missile strikes and extensive drone use.
According to the Iranian Telegram channel, the US Navy aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln was hit by four cruise missiles and withdrew from its mission area in the southeastern Indian Ocean.
The US Ali Salem naval base in Kuwait was completely neutralised, and three additional naval infrastructure facilities (Mohammed Al-Ahmad) in Kuwait were destroyed.
The US naval base at Port Salman, Bahrain, was struck by four drones, causing significant damage to command and support centres. In addition, three US and UK tankers in the Persian Gulf and Strait of Hormuz were hit by missiles and caught fire.
American facilities in Bahrain were targeted by two ballistic missiles, while other regional bases were subjected to successive strikes, which, according to Khatam al-Anbiya, have so far resulted in 560 US military personnel killed or wounded.
The statement also noted that Iranian Air Force pilots carried out several hours of coordinated attacks on US bases in Gulf states and the Iraqi Kurdistan region as part of multiple operational phases.
