Iranian interior ministry issues nationwide alert
The Iranian Ministry of Internal Affairs has issued a nationwide statement following what it described as an act of aggression against the country during ongoing negotiations.
The ministry accused what it called a “criminal enemy” of violating international laws and reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining order and supporting the population, Caliber.Az reports.
According to the statement, the Minister of the Interior has directed governors across all provinces to adhere to previously issued instructions, report on local conditions as quickly as possible, and mobilise all resources to address urgent needs.
A crisis management headquarters has been established nationwide under the direction of Eskandar Momeni, and relevant instructions have been communicated to provincial crisis management departments and other agencies.
The ministry also urged the public to remain calm, exercise caution when traveling within and between cities, and rely solely on official sources, including national television and radio, to avoid spreading rumors and misinformation that could create panic.
