Iranian MP warns of higher uranium enrichment if US, Israel attack again

In the event of a new attack by the United States and Israel, Tehran could consider significantly increasing uranium enrichment levels, Ebrahim Rezaei, a member of Iran’s Parliamentary Committee on National Security and Foreign Policy, has warned.

In a post on X, Rezaei stated that one possible response would be raising enrichment up to 90 percent.

“One of Iran’s options in case of a repeated attack could be enriching uranium to 90 percent. We will discuss this in parliament,” he wrote.
