Iranian parliament speaker warns US of “harder response” if deal is breached
Iran’s Speaker of Parliament and chief negotiator, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, has warned that the United States would face a stronger response if it violates a current agreement.
In a post on X, Ghalibaf said Iranian officials are committed to implementing the terms set out by the country’s leadership, stressing what he described as strict adherence to instructions from Iran’s Supreme Leader, Caliber.Az reports.
“We unquestioningly obey [orders]. The task entrusted to us by the Supreme Leader is to ensure that the terms and conditions of the agreement are fulfilled," he said.

Ghalibaf said that in the event of treachery, a breach of obligations, or excessive demands from the other side, Iran would have no hesitation in delivering a crushing response. He added that the opposing side had already been dealt a blow in the war and warned that if it chose to repeat such actions, it would face an even stronger response.
