Iranian police detain dozens over leaks of strategic facility data

Iran’s police chief said on April 7 that authorities had arrested 85 people after uncovering an alleged enemy-linked network spanning 25 provinces.

Police Commander Ahmadreza Radan stated that the detainees were accused of collecting and sending the locations of sensitive sites, including checkpoints and security forces’ positions, to be used in strikes by the US and Israel, Caliber.Az reports per Iranian media.

He also noted that authorities had seized “specialized electronic equipment, Starlink devices, weapons and ammunition.”
