Iranian President to visit Armenia, attend bilateral business forum

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian is scheduled to pay a visit to Armenia from August 18 to 21, in a move aimed at strengthening bilateral political and economic ties between Tehran and Yerevan.

According to Armenia’s Ministry of Economy, a business forum will be held in Yerevan on August 19 as part of the presidential visit, facilitating direct dialogue between Armenian and Iranian business communities, Caliber.Az reports, citing Armenian media.

The forum is expected to serve as a platform for advancing trade partnerships, investment opportunities, and joint ventures across various sectors.

Iranian participants in the forum will include representatives from a wide range of industries such as manufacturing, road construction, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, and light industry, among others.
