Iranian security forces crack down on alleged spies in Lorestan, Tehran

Police in Lorestan have detained two individuals accused of espionage and collaborating with opposition and terrorist media, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced on Telegram.

Authorities in Khorramabad, relying on precise field intelligence and cooperation with local residents, identified and arrested the suspects, who were filming sites hit by airstrikes and military facilities and transmitting the materials abroad.

Additionally, the IRGC’s official TV channel reported the arrest of 235 “traitors” in western Tehran, highlighting ongoing law enforcement efforts to identify individuals posing a threat to national security.
