Israel eliminates key Hezbollah fire coordinator in Southern Lebanon VIDEO

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced the elimination of Hussein Ali Mazhar, a senior Hezbollah operative responsible for managing fire operations in the Zahrani sector of southern Lebanon.

The strike took place on Tuesday evening near the village of El-Babiliya. Mazhar, who served in Hezbollah’s “Badr” unit, coordinated numerous attacks targeting Israeli territory and IDF forces, Caliber.Az reports, citing the IDF statement on X.

In recent weeks, Mazhar was also involved in efforts to restore Hezbollah’s artillery capabilities in southern Lebanon. The IDF emphasised that his actions represented a serious violation of existing agreements between Israel and Lebanon.

“The IDF will continue to act decisively to eliminate any threat to the State of Israel,” the statement said.
