Journalist Sargsyan blasts Armenian Defence Ministry for increasing deaths of soldiers

Non-statutory relations reign in the Armenian army, former journalist Voskan Sargsyan wrote on his Facebook page.

"There is a mess in military units, we continue to suffer losses in combat and non-combat conditions. The Ministry of Defence, headed by Suren Papikyan, who stabbed his commander while serving in the army and was imprisoned for this reason, has turned into a Ministry of Mourning," he wrote, according to Caliber.Az.

"Parents of soldiers, sending their sons to the army, take care of them, the Ministry of Defence cannot," the journalist added.
