Kazakh president invited to upcoming WEF summit

President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev received an offer from the founder and executive chairman of the World Economic Forum (WEF) Klaus Schwab to take part in the upcoming WEF in Davos next January.

The invitation came on the heels of their meeting in New York, TASS reports, citing the press service of the Tokayev.

Schwab highly appreciated the political and economic reforms being implemented under the leadership of the Kazakh president.

Tokayev and Schwab also considered the prospects for developing cooperation between Kazakhstan and the WEF.
