Kazakh president to visit Kyrgyzstan

Kazakhstan’s President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will arrive in Kyrgyzstan on August 21-22 for an official visit, the Kyrgyz Interior Ministry has confirmed.

In preparation for the visit, authorities announced that a number of streets in Bishkek and the surrounding Chui Province will be closed to traffic, Caliber.Az reports via Kyrgyz media.

Details of Tokayev’s program in Kyrgyzstan have not yet been disclosed.

Earlier, President Tokayev visited Bishkek on May 26, 2022.
