Kazakhstan condemns violence, extends condolences to Iran

Kazakhstan’s Foreign Ministry has expressed deep condolences to Iran following recent deadly incidents in the Middle East, Kazinform reports.

“We extend our deepest condolences to the people of Iran in connection with the deaths of civilians, including children, as well as members of the Islamic Republic’s top leadership,” Yerlan Zhetybayev, the ministry’s official spokesperson, said.

He added that Astana is urging all parties involved in the regional conflict to exercise restraint to prevent further escalation, emphasizing the need for stability and peace in the Middle East.
