Kazakhstan deports 35 Indian nationals over visa violations

Authorities in Kazakhstan have deported 35 Indian nationals from Almaty after they overstayed their permitted period of stay in the country.
The Almaty Police Department said the individuals were identified and detained by migration service officers. A court subsequently ordered their deportation from Kazakhstan, Caliber.Az reports per Kazakh media.
Police escorted the Indian nationals through passport and border control procedures at the airport before their departure.
Authorities also held the host parties administratively liable for failing to take action after the foreigners' legal period of stay in Kazakhstan had expired.
