Kazakhstan ready to use its hydrocarbon potential to stabilize situation on markets

President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has held a telephone conversation with President of the European Council Charles Michel.

Tokayev expressed concern about the threats to energy security in the world. He stated that Kazakhstan "is ready to use its hydrocarbon potential to stabilize the situation on the world and European markets," his press service reports. They also discussed issues on the regional and global agenda, including the aggravation of the food crisis.
