Kazakhstan seismologists record earthquake in China

On January 22, Kazakhstan seismologists recorded an earthquake in China, according to the website of the Kazakhstan National Data Centre.
According to preliminary data from the Data Centre of the Institute of Geophysical Research at the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan, an earthquake occurred in China at 12:03 Astana time (07:03 GMT), Caliber.Az reports.
“The epicentre coordinates were 40.84°N latitude and 78.39°E longitude, with a magnitude of mb = 4.3 and an energy class of K = 9.6,” the centre said.
