Khamenei: Heroic Iranian nation achieved victory

The Supreme Leader of Iran, Mojtaba Khamenei, has declared that Iran has “won the war” against Israel and the United States, describing the outcome as part of what he called the “Third Sacred Defence”.

In a message posted on Telegram, Khamenei said the “heroic Iranian nation is the undisputed victor of this battlefield”.

He added that recent developments demonstrated what he described as “the rise of the Islamic Republic as a great power and the fall of imperial arrogance”, calling the events a “divine blessing”.
