Khamenei: Iran to seek compensation, respond to aggression
14 April 2026 16:39
Iran’s Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, has outlined a series of key positions regarding what he described as a so-called “third imposed war”, demanding compensation for all damages.
He said Iran will respond to actions by “criminal aggressors” who attacked the country, Caliber.Az reports, citing his Telegram channel.
Mojtaba Khamenei mentioned that Tehran intends to seek compensation for the “blood of martyrs” and those injured during the conflict.
The supreme leader also emphasised Iran’s intention to raise the management of the Strait of Hormuz to a new level.
Separately, he said Iran “will in no circumstances give up its legitimate rights,” adding that it views the “resistance front” as a unified entity.
