Khatam-al Anbiya: Iran to fight until ships filled with coffins of US forces
Iran has signaled that its military operations against the United States will continue until its objectives are achieved, warning that American personnel could face significant casualties, Amir Heydari, deputy commander of Iran’s Khatam-al Anbiya Central Headquarters said.
He stated that Iranian forces are prepared for a protracted confrontation, emphasising that the campaign will persist until “the ships are filled with the coffins of US officers, sergeants and soldiers," Caliber.Az reports, citing Tasnim.
The spokesperson also warned that continued US provocations could have severe consequences for military and economic infrastructure in the region. He noted that the 17th wave of Operation True Promise-4, involved the launch of more than 40 IRGC missiles at American and Israeli targets, resulting in the reported destruction of enemy bases, systems, and equipment.
Iranian officials further claimed that their air defenses successfully shot down several Hermes and MQ9 drones and that naval forces destroyed an FPS-132 radar during the operations.
