Kremlin denies Pashinyan's negative remarks about Russian peacekeepers in Karabakh

The Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has responded to Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's claims about Russian peacekeepers in Karabakh.

Pashinyan said today that "they [peacekeepers] have not ensured the inviolability of the Lachin corridor and have not prevented Azerbaijan from blocking it”.

"Russian peacekeepers are doing everything possible to ensure order and tranquillity on the territories where they are working. They act exclusively in accordance with the spirit and the letter of the documents signed by the parties. We will certainly continue working and discussing with our Armenian colleagues and allies," Kommersant quotes Peskov as saying.
