The Kremlin has not yet confirmed Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to Armenia.
The Russian presidential aide for internal affairs, Yuriy Ushakov, made the remarks in a recent interview with journalists, Caliber.Az reports quoting the Russian media.
"I don't have any confirmation on this. So far, our side has not officially talked about this," Ushakov said, while asked about preparations for such a visit.
He added that the working contacts between the Russian leader and Armenian prime minister are active, they met several times in person this year, and politicians also regularly talk by phone.
Earlier, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stated that Vladimir Putin's visit could take place in October-December.
