Kremlin highlights visits from foreigners like Errol Musk as positive

Russia welcomes visits from foreigners, such as Errol Musk, the father of Elon Musk.

Speaking at a briefing, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said these trips are the best way to learn about the country, Caliber.Az reports, citing Russian media.

“Russia is open to citizens of other countries. The best way to see Russia and understand what is said about it — often falsehoods in many countries — is to come and see for yourself. So, when foreigners visit Russia, it is very positive,” the presidential spokesman said.

A conference titled Future Forum 2050 is being held in Moscow over two days, organised by Russian ultranationalist Konstantin Malofeev, who is under Western sanctions.

The event features a mix of Western and Russian speakers, including Errol Musk, father of Elon Musk, who praised Vladimir Putin as “very stable and pleasant.”

Other notable attendees include conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, British politician George Galloway, economist Jeffrey Sachs, and Russian officials like Sergei Lavrov. The conference discusses topics such as foreign policy, cultural values, and “MAGA in Russia.”

Influential figures like Malofeev and nationalist ideologue Aleksandr Dugin, who have gained influence since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, are involved.
