Kremlin: "Very complex processes” underway in Armenia
The Kremlin has declined to comment on recent domestic political developments in Armenia, with Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov describing the situation as involving “very complex processes.”
Speaking at a briefing, Peskov said Moscow would refrain from commenting on Armenia’s internal political affairs while expressing hope that the developments would proceed in accordance with the law.
“I would not like to comment on the domestic political developments in Armenia at this time, as very complex processes are underway there,” Peskov said.
“One can only express hope that everything that is happening will be carried out in strict accordance with the law and that the rights of all participants in the political process in the republic will be respected,” he added.
