Leader of Georgian political party dies at 55

The Chairman of Georgia's "National-Democratic Party," Bachuki Kardava, has passed away at the age of 55.

Kato Shindagoridze, the official spokesperson of the political party has announced the news of his death, Caliber.Az reports citing Georgian media. 

Kardava has serving as an MP of the 10th Convocation Parliament since 2020 representing the united opposition coalition bloc, "Strength is in Unity" until 2024 before it was replaced by a new formation of opposition parties, the "Unity - National Movement" bloc.
