Major fire breaks out at warehouse in Moscow Region

A fire broke out at a warehouse in Shchyolkovo in Russia’s Moscow Region, covering an area of 1,800 square meters, the Russian Emergencies Ministry’s Moscow Region department said on its channel on the Max messenger.

The fire started in a warehouse building storing plastic products. The hangar and the building’s facade are currently engulfed in flames.

Firefighters have contained the blaze to an area of 1,800 square meters.
