Mass arrests in Türkiye target ISIS network across 24 provinces

Authorities in Türkiye have arrested 88 individuals across 24 provinces on suspicion of ties to the terrorist group Islamic State (ISIS).

Investigations revealed that the suspects transferred funds to the network through individuals connected to the organisation, as well as through so-called charitable organisations, Caliber.Az reports per the Turkish Interior Ministry.

The detainees were also found to be promoting the terrorist group through their social media accounts.
