Media: Iran to expand air defence production after 40-day conflict

Iran plans to increase production of its air defence systems, which proved effective during the country's recent 40-day conflict, Iran International reported, citing Alireza Elhami, commander of Iran's Army Air Defence Force. 

Elhami said the lessons learned from the recent hostilities had prompted Iran to make adjustments to its air defence tactics and production processes, as well as to the deployment and positioning of its air defence systems.
