Minibus overturns after collision in western Türkiye, eight injured photo
A traffic accident in Çanakkale Province left eight people injured after a minibus overturned following a collision with an SUV.
According to TRT Haber, the incident occurred when a minibus travelling from Ayvacık collided with a sport utility vehicle returning from the village of Güzelyalı. The impact caused the minibus to veer off the road and overturn into a roadside ditch.
Eyewitnesses said emergency services, including ambulances, police units, gendarmerie forces, and firefighters, were quickly dispatched to the scene to manage the aftermath of the crash and assist the injured.

A total of eight people, among them students travelling in the minibus, sustained injuries in the accident. All of the injured were transported to medical facilities for treatment, including Mehmet Akif Ersoy State Hospital and Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Hospital.
No further details were immediately available regarding the condition of the injured or the cause of the collision.
