Minister: Georgian exports surge 70%, reaching $660 million

Georgia has recorded a 70% increase in exports, highlighting the growing competitiveness of its products on international markets, according to Deputy Minister of Economy Vakhtang Tsintsadze, Caliber.Az reports.
“Notably, the reporting period recorded a significant increase in local exports. In particular, local exports grew by 70%, reaching a total of $660 million. Such growth indicates the competitiveness of products made in Georgia on international markets,” Tsintsadze told Georgian media.
He added that the government’s goal is to maintain these trends in foreign trade, support the development of local production, and enhance the competitiveness of Georgian products internationally.
