Missing turkish man found alive inside coffin at cemetery

A 58-year-old man who had been reported missing in Türkiye was found alive inside an empty coffin at a cemetery, Haber7 reports.

The report said the man left home and remained out of contact for an extended period.

After their own efforts to locate him proved unsuccessful, his family reported his disappearance to the police.

During the search operation, authorities found the man inside an empty coffin stored in a room used to keep funeral supplies at the cemetery.

Paramedics arrived at the scene and administered first aid before taking him to hospital as a precaution.

Local authorities said his life is not in danger.

It remains unclear why the man was inside the coffin. Law enforcement authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
