Moscow bus crash leaves 25 hurt after driver avoids collision

A bus accident in central Moscow left 25 people injured on July 10 after the driver veered onto a sidewalk while attempting to avoid a collision, Russian authorities said.

The incident occurred in the city's Tagansky District. The condition of those injured is being assessed, Caliber.Az reports, citing Russian media.

According to Moscow's Department of Transport, the driver of a Gazelle light commercial truck violated traffic regulations by abruptly changing lanes into the path of the bus.

In an effort to avoid the truck, the bus driver swerved onto the sidewalk, resulting in the crash and injuring 25 people.
