Moscow warns Europe over weapons production for Ukraine
Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry Rodion Miroshnik has alleged that European countries are directly involved in the war with Russia, warning that weapons production facilities in Europe could be treated as legitimate military targets.
Miroshnik made the remarks during a briefing, stating that such facilities in European states would be considered military targets by Russia, Caliber.Az reports, citing Russian media.
He further claimed that the Russian Ministry of Defence had warned that weapons production sites have been openly established in countries including Italy, United Kingdom, Germany, and others. According to him, this development effectively makes these countries “direct participants in this process.”
“We clearly understand that these production facilities, with the participation of Ukraine and producing weapons for Ukraine, are military targets,” he added.
