Russia to suspend gas supplies to Armenia for 10 days

Natural gas supplies to Armenia will be suspended from September 15 to 25 due to scheduled maintenance and repair work on the North Caucasus–Transcaucasia gas pipeline in Russia.

During the suspension, uninterrupted gas supplies to Armenian consumers will be maintained through domestic reserves and additional volumes of natural gas supplied from Iran.

The temporary interruption is linked to planned preventive and repair work on the Russian section of the pipeline, which is a key route for Russian gas deliveries to Armenia.
