MP: Armenia has become occupant in the eyes of int'l community

Hovik Aghazaryan, member of the ruling Armenian party "Civic Agreement" said that the country has become an occupier in the eyes of the international community.

Aghazaryan stated this during an interview with the journalists on December 5, Caliber.Az reports, quoting Armenian media.

"The UN has made several decisions on the withdrawal of Armenian forces from these territories," he added, going back to the 1990s. 

Aghazaryan pointed to the mistake of the former Armenian authorities, who, he said, put their signatures on the cease-fire document after the First Karabakh War as a party to the conflict.

"All of this further created problems for us," the deputy noted.
