Starting September 23, Kazakh low-cost carrier FlyArystan will launch direct flights between Almaty and Chongqing. The service will operate twice a week, with a flight time of approximately five hours, Caliber.Az reports per Kazakh media.
In addition, China Eastern Airlines plans to introduce direct flights between Astana and Shanghai later this autumn. Initially, the route will be operated three times a week, with plans to gradually increase the frequency to daily flights.
