Companies from “unfriendly” countries lost more than $610 billion in revenue in Russia between 2022 and 2025, while firms from “friendly” countries doubled their assets, Vedomosti reported.

According to the newspaper’s calculations based on company reports, businesses from unfriendly countries earned over $280 billion in Russia in 2021. Revenues then fell to $173 billion in 2022, $130 billion in 2023, and $103 billion in 2024, remaining roughly at that level in 2025.

Meanwhile, companies from friendly countries doubled their assets and revenues in Russia. In 2024, revenues of these firms exceeded $42 billion.
