11 May 2026 15:44
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said that any potential withdrawal from the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) would be carried out in a planned and orderly manner, ruling out any abrupt decision.
Speaking to journalists, Pashinyan stressed that Armenia’s approach to major policy decisions is based on transparency and advance planning.
“We will not leave the EAEU abruptly: if or when we leave the EAEU, we will do so in a planned manner, without surprises,” he said.
“In general, if you have noticed, we do not plan to do anything suddenly, therefore all our policy, intentions and plans are transparent,” the Armenian prime minister added.\
