Opening of Zangilan airport - historical event, says OTS chief

Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) Baghdad Amreyev has said that the opening of the Zangilan International Airport is a historic event.

He made the remarks in Shusha at a press conference of Muslim religious leaders of the organisation’s member countries on October 20, Report informs.

“The participation of President Ilham Aliyev and President of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdogan in this ceremony is happiness for each of us. Today, the Turkic world is drawing closer,” he said.
