OSCE chief Feridun Sinirlioğlu arrives in Armenia for EPC summit
The Secretary General of the OSCE Feridun Sinirlioğlu has arrived in Armenia to take part in the 8th summit of the European Political Community (EPC).
He was received at Zvartnots International Airport by Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Robert Abisoghomonyan, Caliber.Az reports per Armenian media.
The 8th European Political Community Summit is set for May 4, 2026, under the theme “Building the Future: Unity and Stability in Europe.”
Delegations from almost all European states are expected to participate, including representatives from Ukraine and Türkiye.
On May 5, Yerevan will also host the inaugural Armenia–European Union summit, with Armenia represented by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, while the EU delegation will include European Council President António Costa and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.
French President Emmanuel Macron is likewise expected to visit Armenia on the same day.
