Pakistan army chief meets Iranian president during visit to Tehran PHOTO

Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, met with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian in Tehran during an official visit focused on consultations with senior Iranian officials.

According to a statement from the Iranian president’s office, details of the meeting have not yet been disclosed, Caliber.Az reports. 

Munir arrived in Iran for discussions and exchanges of views with officials of the Islamic Republic. During the visit, he has already held talks with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and Speaker of Parliament Mohammad-Bagher Ghalibaf.
