On August 25, a passenger aircraft travelling from Paris to Yerevan was forced to turn back following a technical fault.
The Transavia service departed Paris-Orly Airport but returned to the French capital after circling in the air for some time, Caliber.Az reports per Armenian media.
A passenger on board first raised the alarm by sharing details of the incident on social media.
The flight had been scheduled to land in Yerevan at 16:10 local time. The diversion was caused by damage to one of the aircraft’s doors.
Transavia has arranged for passengers to continue their journey to Yerevan on another aircraft.
