Pashinyan: Armenia full member of EAEU, decisions taken by consensus
07 June 2026 10:54
Armenia is a full member of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said.
“All decisions within the organisation are taken by consensus, and Yerevan has the right of veto,” said the Armenian Prime Minister, Caliber.Az reports via Armenian media.
Eurasian Economic Union is a regional integration bloc that includes Armenia among its member states.
Pashinyan also described restrictions on the supply of certain categories of Armenian goods to Russia as “routine working issues”.
According to him, such issues periodically arise within the EAEU framework, but in Armenia’s case they are “currently being covered more extensively, not without the involvement of certain well-known forces”.
